It all started with two sets of siblings, bound by family and a shared vision. We dreamed of creating something special on the island of Paros—a peaceful retreat where everyone, from small children to grandparents, could relax, recharge, and feel at home.

GBR took four years to bring to life—and every part of it was built with love. 

From the layout of each villa to the smallest corner, we focused on creating a sanctuary. Think sunlit surroundings, spaces where children can play freely, and places where families gather and connect.
