WELCOME IN: A LOOK INSIDE THE VILLAS
STEP INSIDE
Upon entering the house, you’ll find the spacious kitchen to your right, featuring a large dining table that comfortably seats 8. The open-plan living area extends from the kitchen, offering a 65" TV and a generous couch with stunning views of the pool and sea in front, as well as the BBQ and outdoor dining area to the right.
Conveniently located near the entrance is the laundry room, equipped with a washer and essential cleaning products.
GROUND FLOOR BEDROOMS
On the top floor of the main house are two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, generous closet space, and a dedicated workstation. The master bedroom opens directly to the pool through wide balcony doors, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience. The second bedroom also features balcony doors that lead to a private side patio, complete with cozy lounge seating — a perfect spot for quiet moments of relaxation.
THE COURTYARD
Off the living room there is an open space in the middle of the house like a courtyard. This space connects the main house with the downstairs suite accessible through a main door in the courtyard. The courtyard consists of lounge seating and a perfect mixture of sunlight, breeze and quiet. Its a perfect gate-away.
THE HIDDEN GEM - DOWNSTAIRS SUITE
A special feature of the house is the downstairs suite, accessed through the courtyard. This expansive 50m² bedroom comfortably accommodates three guests. It includes a huge ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet (separately designed), a large closet with hanging and shelving space, a workstation, and a kitchen. A cozy big couch can be used as an additional single bed. The suite’s highlight is its bright balcony with lounge seating, ideal for relaxing in the sun by day or under the stars at night.
GUEST HOUSE
The guest house offers a private retreat with its own separate entrance. While ensuring complete privacy, it remains attached to the main house. Inside, you’ll find a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet (separately designed), a spacious closet with shelves and hanging space, a mini-fridge, coffee station, a 55’’ TV, and a workstation. The guest house also features its own private patio with lounge seating.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The villa offers 300m² of outdoor space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Highlights include a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a large dining table for ten, a fully equipped BBQ area with grill, sink, and fridge, and a convenient outdoor bathroom and shower that also serves the pool. An outdoor bar with stools, a corner large couch by the pool, and a rooftop balcony with sweeping Aegean views complete the experience.
